This database includes inspection reports completed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) at the state’s acute care hospitals. Each inspection report includes violations at each facility and the hospital’s corrective action plan. DPH generally surveys hospitals every two to four years, but will inspect a hospital more frequently in response to complaints. You can select a hospital report through the "Choose a hospital" function.
